After 2 years since Kalyway 10.5.2 installation (used very rarely) i decide to try IATKOS S3 V2:

Laptop Specs:
CPU: Intel Core Duo T2250 (32 bit)
RAM: 1GB
VGA: NVIDIA Go 7300
Wired: Realtek 8168B 10/100/1000
Wireless: Intel 3945 ABG
Webcam: embedded Acer Orbicam 1.3MP (Logitech 046d:0896)
Sound: Realtek HDA Audio on board
Card Reader: Texas Instruments 5-in-1
Modem: internal HDA soft modem (winmodem)

At first installations my laptop keyboard does not recognized at first boot after installation. Finally after some experiments i choose the following working options under customize:

Boot Loader: Asere BLN

Boot:
--------------
Graphics Enabler

Drivers:
--------------
NVidia Enabler (for vga)

Realtek 8168B (for wired network)

Voodoo PS/2 driver (without this my keyboard is not recognized!)

Voodoo HDA (for sound)

All the others options had the Default Values.

After installation the system booted normally into OSX and i set up my keyboard, user data etc...

WORKING: nvidia vga, sound, wired network,
NOT WORKING: webcam, wireless, card reader, modem, some keyboard keys (for example NumLock, Delete, Home, End)

I had some problems with hibernate, so i disabled that option from terminal (i don't remember exactly the syntax right now). Maybe some additional option in Customize could solved this but i didn't had time for more experiments.

I disable the Computer Sleep and Display Sleep from System Preferences>Energy Saver. Also i uncheck all the checkboxes there.

I had some strange problems after i accidentally put my laptop into SLEEP and had to power off manually (for example keyboard working only in safe mode and no sound at all - also long delay, about 2-3 mins, during boot). Reinstalling the VoodooPS2Keyboard and VoodooHDA driver from IATKOS DVD and all working perfect again. Boot time around 35-40 sec.

I intend to use my hackbook for learning the osx world and testing some good applications alternatives to windows or linux (i.e. FinalCutPro).

My laptop is 4 years old and it runs unexpectedly good with osx but not as smooth as windows xp or linux. I think i should add some ram.

Thanks to the forum and keep up the good work!

EDIT: trying various drivers for webcam and card reader. Not so important though...
Also i've noticed that some system freezes which occurred frequently on windows xp and linux (when not cd or dvd in drive) simply disappeared in OSX. Office 2011 and FinalCut installed and working like a charm...
