You need to provide the necessary informations, please download and install PCI Utils for OSX from here: http://www.insanelymac.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=113219 and post the output of "lspci -nn" command, this will give us the informations about the actuall chip beeing used on your PCI card, required to know how to make it work...
