Anyone have any idea why I can't boot into 64-bit mode, my specs are in my signature and I am using the mach_kernel.test7 kernel.

I have tried -x64 and "arch=x86_64" I know the cpu will run a 64-bit OS because I used to use Ubuntu x86_64 on it just fine.

You can't boot SL 64-Bit Kernel that way.
Reason 1: modbin test7 Kernel is i386 build only
Reason 2: Celereon D is a NetBurst series CPU, that lacks the necesarry instructions sets.

You can try latest Legacy Kernel by AndyVand, but you will still have to patch sysenter traps using amd_insn_patcher for Kernel to work non-Legacy (64-capable).

First of all I want to thank the community for their good work. I have been lurking in these forums for a long time and tried to solve it myself.
I am having trouble to boot into my hackintosh in 64-bit mode. Also I am unable to use resolution more than 1024x768. I have been trying to fix these two issues for quiet a long time without any luck. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
