Apple Time Sync Problem

Problem is every time i set my Time to sync with Apple servers it falls back one hour !

I tried the AppleTime Fix but im not even dualbooting SATA is unplugged on WIN harddrive !!


Setting Timezone to a hour ahead wont even do any change at all

Also Tried setting time in BIOS manualy but still comes up with same problem !
