Intel vga 945GM @ 10.6.3/6 SL

Hi all !!!
I am trying to install this vga card on HP DV6000 (DV6344ea) laptop, for the last 5 days ...
I have tried almost everything ...but with no luck ... Is it anybody that had success with this card in here ???

iatkos S3V2 + update to 10.6.6 without kexts
Device ID: 0x27a2
Video Adapter Mobile Intel(R) 945GM Express Chipset Family (128 MB)
3D Accelerator Intel GMA 950

• Sound: Voodoo HDA (See Issues below)
• PS/2: Voodoo PS/2
• CPU Power Manager: Voodoo P-State
• Laptop Hardware: Battery, Card Reader, TSC Sync
• VGA: INTEl, EFI String, GMA 950 27A1(32Bit), GMA 950 27AE(32Bit) (choose Both)
• Network: Wired= INTEL PRO V100
