Did you install 10.6.7 kernel?

Also, not sure if you are able to use mouse and keyboard after upgrade but if not, go ahead and boot with your boot disk, make changes, and reboot without disk.

add the pmversion thing into your com.boot.apple.plist, and make sure you have the 10.6.7 kernel, as already stated.
