I having problem to Nawcom mod cd and Empire Efi.

- AMD Phenom II X2 550 Black Edition 3.1ghz (Overclock Phenom II x4 B50(950) 3.1ghz.
- MSI ATI 5750
- DVD SATA
- HD 500GB SATA
- 4GB 1333mhz
- 850watt Power

You're booting a 10.0.0 kernel when you should be booting a 10.8.0 kernel.
