I am following NIXin's legendary post and try to install SL on X61.

When trying on my X61s (7688-CTO), I am hitting the kernel panic as "panic cpu 1 caller 0x2a6ac2". I am thinking something to do with dsdt.aml, even installed linux and extract one dsdt.aml for my motherboard. Still no luck, any inputs will be highly appreciated,
