I'd like to install Mountain Lion into either VMware ESXi 4.1 or Windows Server 2008 Hyper-V. I've got the hardware but am struggling to find a definitive set of instructions on how to do it. I've pretty much accepted that Hyper-V isn't going to do the job (pesky Microsoft), so am happy to head down the VMware route.
I've got a Mountain Lion DVD ready to go.
