Installing 10.5.2 AMD??? PLEEEEASE HELP

Ok..so I downloaded 10.5.2 AMD ...
I have the ISO file and the .app in it

So..now what? Ive googled everywhere and there are not clear straight forward instructions on how to install and what to do? just a bunch of questions after installing..can someone help?
