After trying different combinations, I found out only one combination can let me boot to the system.
I'm now using:

Kernel: ToH 9.2.0 kernel, change to 9.2.2 for amd will give me instant kernel panic at boot (right after loading mkext file)

AppleACPIPlatform.kext: I can only use the old 1.0.3 version, change to 1.2.1 will give me a kernal panic about ACPI
AppleSMBIOS.kext: only 1.0.1 working without "about this mac" crash, but this one gives wrong memory stick number and wrong memory speed. Change to 1.0.13 will stop at a blue screen with mouse when booting, Change to Zephyroth's DVD smbois file will cause "about this mac" crash but the system information is right.
Some kext before may be cracked version, but I dont know.
So, how can i change those important files to new version, anyone can share some informations?

my hardware:

CPU: AMD athlon64 3000+(754pin) support sse2 sse3
MOBO: Biostar NF4-4X-A7 motherboard
Memory:1GB kingston DDR400+1GB apatar DDR400
GFX: 8600GT 256M

Sound: onboard ALC655
Network: onboard nforce ethernet(disabled), PCI RLT8139C

I actually have the same issues as you do, and almost the same specs.
