Already tried removing several kext from there one by one which I think are irrelevant including voodooHDA as suggested by gils long before but I still end up the same.

I wanted to try to do a clean install using the retail version of LION but i cant find anything from the web not hosted in torrent sites. Torrents are terribly slow in my place. If theres only a non-torrent link I can find then I would just download it from the office where i enjoy 100mbps connection but also block torrent downloads.
