Something is gone wrong in making bootable USb ....
The steps i follow exactly are Use PC-EFI 10.6 to initialize boot flag on USB Use Chameleon to create Bootable menu on USB Use Extra_Lion package to create extra folder on USB ... Verify that mach_kernel file is in / root folder of USB and /Extra folder of USB Verify that boot file is in / folder Give me a report if you resolve ... iMac: Mac OSX Leopard 10.5.6 (iDeneb v1.4) - CPU: Intel Core 2 Duo E4400 @ 2.0Ghz - MB: ECS P4M890T-M2 - RAM: 2Gb DDR2 800Mhz - Ethernet: RTL8139 - Audio: Realtek ALC662 - Video: nVidia Geforce 7300 512Mb - HDD: 320Gb SATA2 - DVD-RW: SONY DVD RW AW-G170A Last edited by pippox0; 07-22-2011 at 11:47 AM. |

Do I need to use a Hackintosh running Mac Os X to create Lion.dmg or can I use an actual Mac machine? I have a PowerMac running Leopard.
