I've only got 2 files in the Fakesmc.kext Contents: Info.plist and MacOSX.  Inside MacOSX is a file called Fakesmc, that's it.  Could that plugin you're talking about be hidden?   UPDATE:  Still no success; I removed IntelCPUMonitor.kext as instructed by lunfai, and later booted both with and without GraphicsEnabler=Yes as suggested by Dellamorte.  The boot process stops at "DSMOS has arrived"; The only good news is that there is no more warning coming from the IntelCPUMonitor... |  Lion doesn't boot if you don't have a supported graphics card. At least on my box
