4. Boot with -v -f -legacy arch=i386 npci=0x3000

I got it to work  But apps stop launching after 10 min  wish that is fixed soon.
I have the same processor as you, and mobo is Gigabyte 890GPA-UD3H. Try disabling AMD C1E is the bios and then boot. and use the flags in this order -legacy -v arch=i386 npci=0x3000 I know the order shouldn't matter but for me some times it does. Hope it works |
