EDIT EDIT: 1 Hour 21 Minutes later... still nothing   Oh, and this also fixed the finder copy/past/move/empty trash problems too. |  Ok all of a sudden it seems to work      A few reboots magically fixed the problem. 
I'm getting the same error messages as you in the console, so it must be working fine. Current Uptime : 15 minutes and everything is still working
