Bro, PM me too. I can't run Lion using VMware8 on my AMD ATHLON II P360 x64 aswell.. ii always get the issue,

The CPU has been disabled by the guest operating system. Power off or reset the virtual machine.
ii even edited the .vmx file as some forums said regarding that issue.. but did not work.. my virtualization is also enabled.. |
