Try finding out your "disk number" for example when booting:
you should add an additional command: rd= disk(?). Mine is: rd=disk2

To do this: Go to disk utlity -> Right click disk -> More Info and it should say disk1 or disk2.
When booting - Chameloen bootloader, Then type in: rd = disk(? - whatever your disk number is). Should solve it.
