SOLVED IT! Sorry lol.
Here was the solution. I was trying ALOT of different OSinstall and Osinstall.mpkg BUT not the right one for the Lion I was using. I had 10.7.2 Lion and I was trying 10.7.0/1 OSinstall files.
Keep note to use the right Osinstall files for any other newbies like myself.
