Remove complete Intel code?

Does anyone know a method how to remove the Intel code from ALL system components of OS X? I need this for my Mac Mini G4 and my Powerbook.

Apps like XSlimmer only trim Applications, not the system components. I read somewhere from a terminal command how to remove code from UB files, but I haven't found it anymore.

Theoretically there is no need for Intel code at all on a PPC machine - there is no way to execute it in any case. If only slimming the standard apps of Leopard will save nearly 1 GB, slimming the whole system could save a lot more.
