Maybe you're able to boot in Safemode or into Darwin Single User mode (-x or -s parameter) - just delete the SleepEnabler.kext & the Extensions.mkext (maybe rebuild it) and reboot. Once done you can grab 10.6.2 SleepEnabler by netkas from here.
