I'll assume it's not caused by dual monitors, as booting with only 1 monitor from either the VGA or DVI outputs still causes the artifacts. My only thoughts for the cause would have to do with how old my motherboard is.
I am currently running Kalyway on my Inspiron 1525, so my actual Mac fix has been sated for the moment
I would still like to figure out what would be causing this though, just for curiosities sake. Also as it will undoubtedly be helpful for anyone else who is experiencing these same artifacts.
May I ask real quick though, do you have QE/CI enabled? I ask this because I can't seem to enable it, and am curious if having QE/CI running would fix the problem.

Hello.
I do not speak English and I have to use a translator to translate the messages into Spanish but more or less understand the post. I'm honest because if you do not know what is QE / CI. I have a HP 5700 with a small factor graph with internal external because I can not boot or installation dvd. The external graphics card is a Quadro NVS 290 for HP that has a DVI-I to connect to dual VGA cable. I come to the facility and have 1024x768 video resolution, when I install the Titan, Nvinject, NVenablers, etc and I can switch to other resolutions, but the stripes appear pixelated. From what I've seen this plot and the 8400 GS are similar. I hope we can find some solution but I'm almost overcome. A greeting
