Thanks for the replies! I followed your guide and it did not change the situation. I guess the drivers suck or its my amd/nforce4 setup thats giving some issues. I wonder how 8800 GT performs on a real mac. Anyway im going to start a thread over at insanelymac to see if Intel users get the same choppy performace. It might be an nforce issue maybe (something with the pci-e bus)?
