I had a similar problem. Only when move the mouse the soud get's clear.
I tryed all type of driver for my adi200b, but the problem never desapeared. 
One day tried to disabled the CPU half state (C1E), and the problem disapeared  .
Your problem must be the same. I hope that your notebook has this option in BIOS (I have a desktop). I donīt know other way to disable C1E |
