I found the solution for this, and display are now great. I had to enable " Show displays in menubar" (in the Display section) and I got a menu which presented all the possible resolution which actually comes with the display refresh rate.
By default, the settings in the System Preferences is just displaying the resolution (no refresh rate) and the biggest resolution that my screen supports is by default run at 59.9 Hz. The little menu on the menubar displays the refresh rate, and offered another choise of 60.0 Hz.
Choosing 60.0 Hz solved the display issue, and now, I'm running a fully dual-screen setup.
