Exactly the same software, I dunno if theres a way for us to check it otherwise but i think that either its running or not 
Also during boot i can see that the applecpupowermanager and client are loading up, just mine coolbook shows 2000, 1600 and 1200 speedstepping respectively, and about the Wifi check my previous post
