ok, I managed to reinstall SL. and boom my k50in Hackbook is alive! 
keyboard is ok, trackpad, ethernet...I am using it right now
does bootcd will always stay on the optical drive to be able to boot on osx drive?
and another thing, how will I update it to 10.6.2? what's the next step after successful install? total noob, sorry.
