ATI Mobility Radeon HD 4570

Has anybody had any success with getting this card working in OS X? I've searched all over the place and couldn't find anything helpful about it. I've successfully installed OS X on my Dell Studio 1555 but in order for it to be really usable, I'd at least need to change the resolution to the native (1366x768), is there any way to do at least this?

The specs are as follows:
Intel Core 2 Duo T6400
Intel PM45
15.6" display
4GB RAM 800MHz
320GB Serial ATA HDD
ATI Mobility Radeon HD 4570
Dell Wireless 1397
Dell TrueMobile Bluetooth

Thanks in advance..
