I would skip the network card. The UD3P has two ports that work fine for me. Just be sure you download Realtek's latest drivers, only 32-bit though. Don't be too obsessed with trying to run 64-bit. I would also opt for one of Sony's Optiarc drives since those are verified to allow auto-sleep. I'm not sure Pioneer's drives allow auto-sleep.
You could also save some money on cheaper RAM. I use a 8GB worth of G.Skill with no problems at all. Put the money toward a better processor.
