Boot on USB Hard Disk ?
Hi !
After you install OSX86 iDeneb 1.5 without problem (I think) on an USB external hard drive. I press the F12 key (slect boot on my Packard bell ML65) for the selection of hard disks. I did my USB hard drive that appears in the list. I select my drive and it does not run good, it launches the hard disks (internal) with windows 7. We can not directly run osx86 on a usb hard disk? thank you Kortex |

As Barack Obama says, yes we can.
I have iDeneb 1.6 lite edition (OS X 10.5.6 Leopard) installed on my external hard drive. But, you need something to boot from, as OS X doesn't have a bootloader integrated... So create a 100Mb partition, format it to HFS+, and install Chameleon on it. Then it will load Chameleon, and you can boot OS X or Windows. OS X partition is selected by default. So, if you wait 5 seconds (the default time to boot automatically) it boots OS X. Good luck with your Hackintosh! 💡 Deploy cloud instances seamlessly on DigitalOcean.
