I'm unfamiliar with your particular setup, but I think the problem your having now has to do with the options you selected when installing the myhack part. It may just take some trial and error on your part. When I was doing it, I set up the os install on one partition and setup a tiny partition for the myhack install. That way if I got the options wrong, I'd just boot up using the cd, delete the files in the tiny partition, and run the installer again.
