I have 10.5.2 up and running, but for some reason I can't install photoshop or dreamweaver, on clicking on installer all I get is

Check the Bay for CS3. CS2 will run like crap because it was made for Power PC (PPC) and will run through Rosetta. CS3 was written for x86 and will run good

I think that might also be the reason you get the error. Not sure.

The same copy runs fine on Tiger, or on 10.5.1?

Then I'm not sure. However, I would still recommend getting CS3, as I said CS2 is written for PPC. You'll see a good performance improvement.

hey rfuilrez, you have to update your SMBIOS to the latest version (fixed). don't know the link, its on another thread I created, when I experienced the same problem. You will be able to run and update. enjoy

i have same issue with wow installer, because it is a PPC app also. i have an updated smbios.kext but still nothing happens. CS2 has a newer version but WOW installer don't. how can i execute that damn file. could someone help me?

I only had that issue when I upgraded, it didn't happen when I used Zephs 10.5.2
