Chameleon 2 RC4 with all AnV fixes

I've added all of my previous fixes along with some new things:
Added someone's USB Legacy Off patch (USBLegacyOff=Yes)
Added Preferred Power Management override (PMProfile=<0-7>)
Added restart fixing function for some computers (FixRestart=Yes)

You can also do advanced install
Select GUI option...

Try under boot arguments in com.apple.Boot:
GUI=Yes
That should really do the trick

If this one does not work with GUI, use the version that also fixes graphics for Intel GMA (Chameleon 2 RC5 pre7 r60 post above...)
I know that one supports theme even without GUI setting, it's the one I also use...
