All in all this should be no big deal. Only problematic part will be that onboard graphicscard, it seems there is no solution to get it working with QE enabled. I recommend you to buy a PCIe card, I auctioned mine for less then 10€ on ebay. Everything else shouldn't be a problem. I would give a try to some up-to-date Distribution like iAtkos v7

Viel Glück!

Sorry, It seems like I had overlooked that...

Try to select latest Voodoo based Kernel, nForce Chipset & Ethernet drivers, Deutsch, eventually even PS/2 drivers as additionally packages within Setup this should actually give you a working configuration.
For the GeForce I would create Efi Strings using manually using the osx86tools after you made it.

Thank you, but what is with my Networkcard?

Its a "Realtek 8169/8110 Familie (NDIS 6.0)". Can iATKOS find it by itself?

It won't start the installation. with /tho -v -x it says "AppleNForceATA found 0 units"

There is some AppleRTL8169Ethernet.kext floating around the web, that should do this. Are you using both; Onboard one and the PCI card?

With "/toh" only? What was the problem about using default DVD-Kernel?

With /toh only it appears a apple screren and a circle under teh apple but nothing happend for 2h. samr for the default DVD kernel with -v -x.

With the default DVD kernel it appears only the apple , no circle and then my pc freezed.

I try now "/mach_970" but i don't think it would solve this.

EDIT: and /toh -f -x doesn't work.

/mach_970 and /mach_970 -x -v does the same as the Default kernel does.

The default DVD kernel did now say "unable to mount hd0s3 and then hd0s3 I/O Error" //(in a loop with the I/O error)

Well I am also getting that "AppleNForceATA found 0 units" message from time to time when I am using the driver by MeDevil, so I don't think it's an error...
What's written in the lines above this?

Maybe it helps to turn SATA Mode to AHCI in the BIOS settings (if possible)?

Othewise my only idea would be to try a different distro, but maybe someone else has a better idea...

SATA Mode in BIOS can only be "RAID" and "Non RAID" i have "Non RAID".
MeDevil said earlier "AppleNForceATA 1unit found hd1s3"
"hd1s3 ('2', 'd', '77',0) uncompatible") (or somthing like this oO)

should i try iPC?(10.5.6).

I start to think, that the problem here is my board...

Cause this is the "Hardware" Board, i made a new one here: http://www.infinitemac.com/f5/iatkos...-10-5-6-t3779/
There, it goes about my Startup problems.
