DVD Drive

My DVD drive keeps opening on it's own lately. Completely at random, all on it's own. No eject HUD pops up on the screen either. When it opens, I have to manually close it by hand, as the eject key on my Apple keyboard wont close it. Only then will the key work again after I manually close the drive.

Is there any explanation for this or a way to fix it? I have no idea what could have caused it. I checked the internals, the cables, everything checks out fine. This also doesn't occur under Ubuntu.
