GeForce 9600 GT problems

Hi!

So I've been searching and searching and trying out different methods to get my 9600 GT to work properly in Snow Leopard. And the last attempt returned in a black screen after boot.
I've tried different kext's, modified the boot.plist and so on. And it's just driving me nuts.

We can always to a little background check so you know what I'm running and how I installed my system, if that might help.

I've used Lifehackers guide to install my system. Found it to be the easiest because I have a little MacBook.

And my hardware-specs are:
* Asus P5Q-E
* Core 2 Quad Q8200 2,33GHz
and of course
* 9600GT 512MB

Everything works fine except that the system doesn't really like the graphic card and says it only got 32MB of memory and so on.
And as I stated earlier i've tried different howto's of how to try and fix the problem and noone worked.

So. Anyone got any good ideas how to get i to work?

Thank you.

Install NVEnabler 64.kext (if using 64bits) and add

<key>GraphicsEnabler</key>
<string>Yes</string>

to your com.apple.Boot.plist

Dowload NVEnabler 64.kext here
