I dont know, but I distinctly remember a couple of posts from long ago when I was dealing with my other hackintosh, 10.5.5, and it seemed to work for some people.

apple -> system prefs -> network -> bottom left there is a "+" and "-"

delete all and create e new one.

Also, go to spotlight and type "network utility", first tab "info" there is a dropdown menu below "Please select network interface for information"

en0 is normally ethernet
en1 is wifi

check if it shows up there
