. Delete the boot.ini it creates in root. Copy my provided boot.ini to root of USB.
You mean the Boot file?
Is that the boot file from Chameleon?
Followed your guide and getting still waiting root device error right after AppleUSBEHCI/UHCI error during install.
I have very similar setup same chipset and video card on HP DV7-1020US laptop
