Hi,
this would be my recommendation: -Universal SSE2/SSE3 -AppleSMBIOS-27-1333/or AppleSMBIOS EFI -Legacy_Driver_Support (check all 4) -Remove_termal_kext's -OpenHaltRestart -NVInject_1024 -ALC888 (pick the one you want, 3-ports/6-ports, or with digital) -Realtek_R1000 -Chameleon_1.0.12_PCEFI_v9 (you can pick one of delay options/if you have dual boot) -- if you have PS/2 keyboard or mouse, select one/or both under Mouse_and_keyboard_Fix ![]() |

Thanks milanca for your replay
I installed Retail Leopard, and updated it to 10.5.7 but i am stuck with ALC888 sound , i installed the ALC888Audio.mpkg from her but still no go and i need to know how to fix the "About This Mac" and the system profile because it show wrong information, the Memory is 1333 MHz and it show 667 MHz. can you help with that please? So do you actually want to end up with an OS X server when it is all said and done? If so, don't feel restrained to the hazard server disc, as you can install the server packages on any working OS X install. You can either grab them from the usual places, or if you have a server disc just extract them off that. I actually just completed my Hackintosh server yesterday, and I must say I am loving it. It makes a great addition to the whole house audio/video system, not to mention handling everything else on the network.
Not sure if that helps you or not, but sometimes a successful install takes a few different discs. Last edited by geiman; 06-17-2009 at 08:59 PM. |
