You should know, that there are still some issues with using Lion on AMD Bulldozer. (authorization bug etc.)
Anyway on your CPU it should be possible, to boot into Lion Retail installation.
There are some utilities / drivers that allow HFS access from Windows. (I am not familiar with these, as I haven't realy been using Windows for some years now, but they exist.)
That way you should be able to modify some of the avaible Boot-CD based installation methods for Intel based setups.
As Lion is avaible from the AppStore only, you may want to borrow it via some warez site, until you have "tried" the product.^^
