Well if you have an AMD processor, you wont be able to install Lion for now. But you can install Snow Leopard 10.6.8, which is almost as good as Lion (or maybe even better for average user on a desktop pc)...

But if you want to run Lion on your PC, you need to buy compatible hardware (Intel Core 2 or above, 64 bit CPU), or wait until a legacy kernel is released...
