Where am I going wrong this is all I ever get

followed by decrypts have not been created.

You are usiing the FILE!! NEVER select 4 option if you are usiing you ACTIVE partition. Select option 2, move the patch file and pacther to / and reboot with -s flag. Apply patch and reboot. If you don't do this, you destroy your system..
The option 4 is only if you have another system installed (and it's applied with in)

See if you can find a fix for it there. I don't think you are experiencing the file is fat error, but if so then the solution is provided. Check your log file and edit the cpuid.txt file if needed.

I was patching a different OS, but I get this same error if I try to create a Patcher Package.
