help please, Installing on Gigabite ga-ma785gmt-ud2h, Amd phenom x2 system

Hello all,

I've been working away at this for quite a while now and am pretty much about to give up. But I decided to give a few osx86 forums a try.

I recently built a new computer for college. Being a bit constraint on budget I ended up with an AMD system...

Computer:
Amd Phenom x2 955 at 3.20 GHz
ram: 4 GB OCZ 1066 ddr3
HDD: Western Digital 500 GB
Motherboard:
Gigabite ga-ma785-ud2h, 785g/sb710 chipset.
graphics: ATI radion hd4200 (builtin)
sound: realtech alc889A

I know it's not the best set up combo. I have no sight, so I didn't buy an additional graphics card-why use it when I don't need the screen? But I do know that the hd4200 might not be that supported.

So far, I've tried to install with various solutions. First, I can't even boot Hazard's DVD with -f option. Or -force64 maxcpus=2 maxmem=4096. The kernel panics and the computer reboots.
So I used an external HDD and my osx86 netbook to costum build installs on that external hd. I've tried modbin kernel, legacy kernel, smbios resolver, smc fix, open halt restart... But still, the machine will just not boot into Mac OSX.
Any suggestions or ideas on what I need here? Are there any other users with this northbridge/southbridge and CPU?
Any help would be greatly apreeciated. I'm pretty close to giving up.

Thanks,
Tomi
p.s: For those of you wondering on how I know what is happening during boot, I do have sighted people to assist me with reading the screen. Otherwise, I use voiceover in the mac.
