Hi,
Basically your Notebook looks like a good case for creating a Hackintosh, only deficit is the Intel Wifi card that ain't supported by OS X - once you got everything else up & running you might want to change it for a compatible one.
I would recommend you to give Snow Leopard Retail Installation using latest EmpireEFI a try - all you'll need to add once done to boot OS X standalone, is a bootloader of your choice, fakesmc.kext, patched AppleIntelPIIXATA.kext & PS2 drivers. A little more difficult is the GMA950 - you'll have to patch accelator & framebuffer kexts using 0x27AE device ID & add an inject (Natit, EFI String or similiar) - you should find further instructions on that using the search as there are many threads about that.
Happy trying.
