Installing Max OS X on HP Pavillion dv7 problem
OK, so i've never installed a hackingtosh, but do have a mac and i need to use mac on my new laptop.
I have tried many different possibilities, all with no anvail: *Iboot and multibeast - no DSDT table. after going into verbose mode i Have downloaded various programs, none of which could patch the dsdt file for my model of laptop (See below) * I have downloaded iAtkos s3 v2, and SL Hazard - both froze at their camelion screen. I have also tried to change some setting in bios, but the bios is very limited to baisicly boot order, and system information. I've downloaded mac Snow leopard and also lion (2ce) and burned them to a disk. I have also tried the mac snow leopard server - which actually loads the apple logo'd screen for a few secconds before insisting that i restart the computer. I have also downloaded 2 versions of iboot, and tried booting from usb's and DvD's. Here are my specs: HP Pavilion dv7-6107tx Entertainment Notebook PC.
