Well I would give an attempt to two different ones, first one that's using the Voodoo XNU Kernel for DVD boot - any up-to-date distro would fit this like iPC OSx86 Universall PPF5, iAtkos v7 or latest iDeneb - if you can't boot one out of those with the cpus=1 flag either I would give a try to "iATKOS v4a 10.5.4 AMD" as it's using the ToH Kernel to boot.
Ofcourse you can try to boot your Snowy Retail DVD using EmpireEFI AMD CD too, but my personnel opinion is that it's easier to stay with Leopard on AMD if you are able to use the Voodoo Kernel.
