The easiest solution would be to use iatkos S3 v2 to get Snow Leopard to install first, then try to mess with vanilla.
Typically, select the following fixes:
cpus=1
fakesmc
NullCPUmanagement
Voodoo PS2 for keyboard/trackpad
Wireless driver for your card
driver for ethernet if not natively supported
reboot fix
NVEnabler for video card
SATA fix for your intel ICH* chipset
Once you get into osx, you can remove them by dsdt, efi-string, etc doing trial and error. Once you have everything figured out, do a retail install.
