MSI EX400 - gfx, lan, sound, wifi - nothing are working
Hi!
first of all, sorry for my english ( i'm hungarian ![]() the first problem is, that the osx want boot only from dvd, with rd=disk0s3... if i don't use the dvd, the boot hang on with the apple logo and the grey bg. when he was "successfully" booted - generally with -s or -x boot option -, i become the other problems -.-' the system can't use any hw! eg. no lan, gfx, sound, wifi :unsure: i was tested some solutions ( some kext installed - with kexthelper, read some forum post ), but nothing are working :/ i was tested other distributions, like XXX_Final, iPc, iAtkos but with these reset my computer before i can see the gui installer... only the iDeneb v1.4 "work". plz help me, becouse i'll be give up ![]() my config are: MSI-EX400 012-HU notebook Mainboard: MSI MegaBook EX400 (MS-1433) CPU: Mobile DualCore Intel Core 2 Duo P7350, 2000 MHz (7.5 x 267) Front Side bus: Intel AGTL+ Chipset: SiS MuTIOL, 16bit Ram: 4GB DDRII HDD: WDC WD2500BEVS-00UST0 (WD-WXC608861908) Bios: AMI, ver: A1433SMS V1.0A, date: 08/22/08 Video: PCI Express 2.0 x16: ATI Mobility Radeon HD 3450/3470 (MSI) | Devid: 95C4 Vendor id: 1002 Audio: Realtek ALC888/1200 (SiS) | Dev id: 0888 Vendor id: 10EC Wifi: Atheros AR5009 802.11a/g/n Wireless Network Adapter PCI | Dev id: 002A Vendor id: 168C Ethernet: SiS 191 Gigabit Ethernet Controller (PHY: Realtek RTL8201CL/CP) PCI | Dev id: 0191 Vendor id: 1039 thanks 4all, best regards: dil p.s.: i read & probed this solutions, but they doesn't worked: video lan & Internet Last edited by dilach; 06-02-2009 at 06:32 PM. |

Hi!
now, i've successfully installed iDeneb v1.3. this can boot without dvd, with acpi fix, cpus=fix-1, etc. but the video card didn't working... ( ethernet card with sis191 kext "working", bluetooth work correctly ). i'd like to use iWork, but this program needs the graphics card ![]() ATI Radeon HD 3450 & 3470 pcie Device ID: Coming soon ![]() |

New drivers or check OSx86 wiki
Your video cards may not be working because they might not have the right drivers (kexts), so you could try updating that and if that doesn't work then your video cards may not be compatible, you might be able to find out if you check the hardware compatibility list on the OSx86 wiki, Good luck
