My X11 crashes and restart and restart itself again.
QI/CE is not supported for my video card ATI 1150 - X200!
No kext load at start and i have a 1024x768 vido resolution.
Is that the reason for my problem? How can i fix it?

Core Image and Quartz Extreme (CI/QE) are not working on 1150 - X200, this chipset is not fully supported.
Are you using one of Zephyroth's images He skipped X11 one some because it wasn't working correctly.

there is no solution of this ati 1150
i have also the same graphic card in my laptop
it never worked for me
i used callisto 003 path for changing the resolution but that one also not working for me

I know that there is no solution for ati 1150 today.
But is CI/QE mandatory for X11?

no, but the issue is that X11 wants to know at startup at what bit-depth it should work (16-bit colour, 32-bit-colour). it gets this information from your graphics card driver, but when none of the available drivers work for your card (like in your case, no CI/QE means no working driver) it won't get this info and it will just crash and restart. this is not fixable AFAIK, unless you can hard code a fallback into X11.

I had the same issue with a radeon x1600pro which I sold and replaced by a geforce 7300gs

I have an X1600 Pro and X11 works without problems. I'm using LeoVall V3 + 10.5.3 Update by ASU.

with QE/CI? I could never get that to work with 10.5.1 but maybe with the graphics update it's fixed?

So is it possible to get working X11 with ati 1150?
