Well I resolved my problem. I switched out the 6800GT for my gaming rig's 8800GT, and followed this tutorial: http://www.insanelymac.com/forum/ind...howtopic=91755

Now I have a flawless OSX install. But I suppose I will have to upgrade my gaming rig's graphics card now, darn lol.
